Yung-Li Co., Ltd was founded back in
1987 by a group of experienced engineers in power cord sector.
Backed by more than 10 years of experience and dedication to our
products, we have now established a solid reputation as power cords
and connectors suppliers. With steady turnover growth and as part of
our cooperation with our usual customers, we are now able to supply
you directly from our China factory based in Dong-Guan, Shen-Zhen.
Our monthly production capacity has increased to exceed 1500k pieces
of power cords. We offer customers not only competitive prices and
prompt delivery but also high quality products.
Corporate Milestones
1987
– Foundation in Hsin-Tien, Taipei with a capital of 50,000USD.
Workforce was initially 12 employees.
1991
– completed UL and CSA listing. Following growth in demand of
computer related products, annual revenues reached the million of USD.
1993
– Development of European standards plug and obtain of European
approvals from Germany (VDE), France (NF), Norway (Nemko), Denmark (Demko),
Finland (Fimko), Sweden (Semko), Netherlands (Kema), Belgium (CEBEC),
Austria (OVE), Italy (IMQ), Switzerland (SEV). Operation in the
European market.
1994
– Development of our Japan power cord series. Obtained Japan
T-Mark approval. Expansion in the Japanese power cord market,
including new cooperations with Epson and with Hitachi. Annual
revenues increased to 2 millions of USD.
1997
– In coordination with customers’ move to China, construction of
new 8000m2 production facilities in Chang Ping town, Dong Guan city.
Workforce reached 350 employees and monthly production of 2 million cordsets. Obtained ISO-9002 approval.
2001
– Annual revenues increased over US$30 millions. Agreement
signature with the Chang Ping town government for the construction
of a new production facilities. The new 20000m2 factory will enable
the monthly production reach the 3.5 million cordsets.
2003 - Obtained new safety approvals BSMI (Taiwan), CCC (China), IRAM (Argentina),
ASTA (UK), SABS (South-Africa) and SII (Israel) approvals. Annual turnover reached the US$10 millions.
Passed ISO 9001:2000 certification.
2004 - To meet the demand of the sales enlarging, move to a new factory site of 12200sq meter,
and the annual turnover increased to US$15 millions. Completion of a cable manufacture factory.
Production started at the end of 2004.
A heavy metal inspection lab is also under completion for compliance to RoHS/WEEE regulations.
